Welcome to the Miller flute studio!

Students have many opportunities to excel and showcase their musical craft.

 This includes recitals, auditions, competitions, concerts, 

and the annually-held 

MTAC Certificate of Merit.

A healthy practice session includes warm-ups that exercise both tone and technique, as well as pieces that incorporate the elements of the warm-up into beautiful music. Exercises are created for the students to reach specific goals. Pieces and etudes are selected based on the experience of the student. Students are encouraged to create a practice schedule to ensure that goals are reached.

Lessons are available 

both in-person and online. 

In-person lessons are held at Mrs. Miller's studio in the San Gabriel Valley or in Walnut Valley/Diamond Bar location. 

Online lessons are also offered via Zoom and FaceTime. 

1. Where do I purchase a flute?  Visit the West Coast's Flute Specialty shop Flutacious and call to schedule an appointment.
2. How do I pay?  Payments are accepted via cash, check, Zelle and VenMo. Lessons are paid per-lesson, not monthly.
